I’m Andrew Broere – a writer, speaker, and former Christian school leader who has spent years navigating the real, often unseen weight of leadership.
I’ve served as a principal, adjunct professor, and mentor to leaders who were doing their best to hold things together while making hard decisions with imperfect information. I’ve helped schools grow, stabilize, and adapt – and I’ve learned firsthand how leadership shapes people just as much as it shapes outcomes.
More recently, my work has taken me closer to operations and the day-to-day realities of work outside the office. That shift has sharpened my attention to systems, pace, pressure, and presence – and reminded me that leadership doesn’t disappear when titles do. It simply changes form.
This site is where I write honestly about leadership, faith, work, and the in-between spaces most people don’t talk about. Not polished theory. Not hot takes. Just reflections meant to help leaders stay grounded, attentive, and human.
When I’m not writing or speaking, I’m learning alongside my family in Wisconsin and continuing the work of helping leaders move forward – thoughtfully, faithfully, and with clarity.
